Consent to data processing

By sending a request through the form on nexuslabs.ru and ticking the box “I give my consent to the processing of personal data”, I freely, by my own will and in my own interest, consent to the processing of my personal data. The operator is Individual entrepreneur Marikyan (ИП Марикян), TIN 616522662360 (the “Operator”).
The consent is given under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, on the terms set out below.
Which data
- name;
- phone number — if I provided it;
- Telegram username — if I provided it;
- the information I chose to share in the project description.
For what purpose
- so that the Operator can review my request and contact me;
- to discuss the project, prepare a proposal and, if we agree, conclude and perform a contract.
What may be done with the data
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction — both with and without automated means.
The request reaches the Operator through the Telegram messenger. The data is not passed to any other third party, except where required by the laws of the Russian Federation.
For how long
The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn, whichever comes first.
How to withdraw consent
Consent can be withdrawn at any time: write to erikokijay@vk.com or message @mmmmmarketologia on Telegram.
After withdrawal the Operator stops processing the data and destroys it within the period set by law, unless there is another lawful basis for processing.
