Custom SaaS development
We build cloud products sold by subscription: from an MVP that tests demand to a platform with plans, roles and integrations. We run the numbers before the first line of code is written.
Stack
Start a projectSubscription economics
- MRR after 12 months
- MRR ceiling
- Customer LTV
- Average customer lifetime
A simplified model: no acquisition costs, discounts or plan changes. Good enough for a first estimate.
Scope of work
- 01
Accounts and multi-tenancy
Sign-up, teams, roles and permissions. One customer’s data is isolated from another’s.
- 02
Subscriptions and billing
Plans, free trials, recurring payments, invoices and paperwork for business customers.
- 03
Customer dashboard and admin panel
The interface for users, plus an internal panel for support, sales and plan management.
- 04
API and integrations
A public API, webhooks, and connections to CRMs, payment providers and email services.
- 05
Product analytics
Events, funnels, MRR and churn — so product decisions are made on data.
- 06
Infrastructure
Automated builds and deploys, monitoring, backups, and headroom for growing load.
What clients come with
- Test a product idea with an MVP and the first paying customers
- Turn an internal company tool into a product you can sell
- Rebuild a service that can no longer keep up with growth
- Add a subscription model to an existing business
How the work goes
Five clear steps. At every one you are in touch with the team lead — one person who knows everything about the project.
- 01
Getting to know the task
We get on a call with the team lead and go through the task. We decide what the first version needs and what can wait.

- 02
Prototype and estimate
We build a clickable prototype and estimate the work stage by stage. The budget is clear before we start.

Development
We work in short stages and show a working version after each one. Want to change something? Just message us.

- 04
Launch
We test, deploy and connect analytics. For apps, we handle store review.

Support
We don’t disappear after launch: we fix, improve and help the product grow.

Asked before kickoff
01How long does a SaaS MVP take?
It depends on the feature set. We start by taking the task apart and separating what the first release cannot live without from what can wait. Then we give you a timeline and a staged estimate — before development starts.
02What is your minimum budget?
Projects start at $500. You get an exact estimate after discovery: we fix the scope of the first stage and plan the rest as the product evolves.
03What do you build SaaS with?
React and Next.js on the frontend; Go, Python (FastAPI), Node.js or Laravel on the backend. We pick the stack for the task and for the team that will maintain the product afterwards.
04Can we start small and grow the product later?
Yes, that is the usual path. The first release contains only what tests the hypothesis, but the architecture is laid out so that plans, roles and integrations can be added without a rewrite.
05Do you stay after launch?
Yes. After release we take the product into support and further development: fixes, new features, and getting ready for more load.
