Who is responsible for the data
The website nexuslabs.ru is run by the NexusLabs team from Rostov-on-Don, Russia. The personal data operator is Individual entrepreneur Marikyan (ИП Марикян), TIN 616522662360.
For any question about your data, write to erikokijay@vk.com or message @mmmmmarketologia on Telegram.
What data we receive
- The request. Your name, phone number and Telegram handle (if you provide them), the project description, and the project type and budget you select.
- Visit statistics. Yandex Metrica records the IP address, device and browser type, the pages you open and the clicks on them. To do this it stores cookies in your browser.
- Site settings. The colour theme you choose and your answer in the cookie window are stored only in your browser and are not sent anywhere.
The site collects nothing else: it has no sign-up, no account area and no payments.
Why we need it
- To reply to your request and discuss the project with you.
- To understand which pages are useful and make the site better.
How the request form works
When you press “Send request”, the form data is sent over a secure connection through our server to the team’s work chat on Telegram. Requests are not stored on the server.
We then contact you using the details you provided.
Cookies and Yandex Metrica
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. The site itself sets no cookies: they are set by Yandex Metrica (for example, _ym_uid and _ym_d) to tell new visitors from returning ones.
Metrica is a service of YANDEX LLC. How it handles data is described in its privacy policy: yandex.com/legal/confidential/.
Metrica runs until you opt out.
You can opt out at any time: press “Decline” in the cookie window, or “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. After that Metrica is no longer loaded on the site and its cookies are removed. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
Who receives the data
We do not sell your data. It is received only by the services the site cannot work without: Yandex Metrica (visit statistics), the hosting provider that runs the site, and Telegram (delivery of the request and the conversation about it).
We may disclose data to anyone else only where the law requires it.
How long data is kept
We keep the conversation about your request for as long as it is needed to work on the project, or until you ask us to delete it.
Metrica cookies stay in your browser for up to one year. You can remove them at any time — by declining in the cookie window or in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask what data of yours we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to its processing. The text of the consent you give when sending a request is published on a separate page of the site.
To do so, write to erikokijay@vk.com or message @mmmmmarketologia on Telegram. In handling data we follow Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
Changes to this policy
If the policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new update date.
